Do I need experience in travel or sales?+
Not at all. Most of the team had never worked in travel before joining. We train you from the very basics, how to book, how to talk to clients, how to find your first few customers, so you're not figuring it out alone.
How do I know this is regulated and above board?+
Elevate & Escape operates under InteleTravel, the world's oldest and largest host travel agency, founded over 30 years ago and operating across the UK, US, UAE, Mexico, and the Caribbean with more than 180,000 independent advisors worldwide. In the UK, InteleTravel holds full ABTA membership and an ATOL licence, meaning every booking carries the same financial protection as any regulated high street travel agent. In the UAE, InteleTravel has secured legal permits and a UAE trading licence, with a dedicated customer service team based in Dubai. Income is earned through real commission on real travel bookings made through these licensed, regulated channels. There is an optional element where you can introduce others to the same opportunity, but that is entirely separate from the core booking business and not a requirement of joining.
I already have a full time job and kids. Will this actually work for me?+
This is exactly who the business is built for. We have teachers, nurses, full time employed mums, and students on the team. There are no shift patterns and no quotas, you decide how many hours you put in and when.
Do I need a big social media following?+
No. Plenty of the team have built their entire business through friends, family, and word of mouth, with little to no social presence at all. A following can help, but it's not a requirement.
How and when do I actually get paid?+
Commission is paid out after the travel has taken place, typically within 30 to 90 days, once our host agency receives it from the supplier. We'll walk you through the exact split and timing on your call.
What if I join and it's not for me?+
You're not locked into a contract. If it's not the right fit, you can step away at any point. We'd rather you try it properly than feel trapped.
